Server down

I poison killed a golem at the end of the PP mine and the server crashed at the exact time of his death...

Nooo, i was about to go on lunch and pent. this is so unfair. I havnt played in a month. Thanks funny man.

The golem death is the last item recorded in the logs with you getting 357 exp.

Next time you are online, show me where u were and I will have a snoop around.

OK I have found where u were and killed the golem guards.

I can see the dwarf lord but the golem guards are no where to be found.
The dwarf lord died peacefully in his sleep from Poison. However the golem guards are resisting my detection spell.

Very strange...

I have recreated your circumstances, much to the unhappiness of the players online at the time.

The end room in prospect Peak is closed until further notice.

It will be reopened once I have found and implemented a solution.

This appears to be an old problem so I am surprised it has not occurred before.
Or if it has then no one has noted the circumstances that caused it.

Well done Laughter, you were observant enough and clear enough to recreate it.

I have found the problem and fixed it on the test server. It appears to have been around since Poison was introduced.

I can not explain why it has not caused more crashes than this. Or maybe there is more complexity that I found ....

I will copy this to the main server when I get a chance.
Then I will re-open the final harvest room in PP.

So it is all Laughter's fault! I suggest we all shun Laughter today
