So after i logged off today after a mass anger moment when i hit the FOH room instead of the OE one.... Thank you Smasher... I decided do make some oven baked potatoes with some fish. I set the oven to preheat little did I know, my girlfriend didn't throw out the pizza boxes that we had order 2 days ago. She instead decided to leave them in the oven, a practice that I never do nor accept. So I went to the bathroom while the oven was heating and when I come out I see flames coming out of the oven.
No fire alarm or nothing... So I panic, grab a towel and fill it with water with cold water from the bathroom and run to the oven. I open it up and boom solar flare! Grab the greasy flaming boxes and throw them on the balcony then take a bowl of water to stop the flames. Long story short I burned my hand pretty bad, burned my eyelashes, my beard and the tip of my hair... While running it through the living room, i dropped a piece and it burned my carpeting in a 3x1.5cm radius not bad but not pretty either. I wanted to shove it in the sink but it was full of dishes and there were so many flames that I didn't want to risk burning my counter tops too. Oh and 5 minutes after all this crap happens, smoke detector goes off.
So my day tomorrow, figure out a way to fix carpeting... Buy a fire extinguisher and replace the smoke detector.
So much fun... When my girlfriend came back from shopping I was about to smash her head in.
