Blind Bug

Standing right beside Justinian near xroads, clearly in pvp zone, yet my Blind wasn't even targetting him.

As I recall blind needs to be equivalent to res mod to affect. No bug just lack of strength perhaps?

If it were just due to lack of strength, it would show :

You blinded 0 of 1 creatures in range,

as you can see it shows

You blinded 0 of 0 creatures in range,

Therefore, I am lead to believe that it, in fact, didn't target you. Also, I had 255 mod blind.

I had 255 res and our racial bonus was equivalent. Smile

Indeed if this is the limit i would think not.

Not to mention the fact that if it's not a bug, and is indeed a lack of strength, it would seem extremely silly that the main weapon in a necro's arsenal can be completely negated so easily by any race.

I have been bouncing a couple of ideas around in my head recently, partially pertaining to the major issues with necro. Will post in brain storm.
