I can't find any information about it in the game, where is it?

The entrance is across from the Necromancer Quest. You will have to brave a lava maze before you can attune yourself there.

What rank are the monsters in castle quest 1? Can it be done by a col-brig?

Same thing about the lava maze. I tried it out on my baron and the mobs were knight+. Im assuming that the golems that spawn are based on your rank?
