Videl was saved after entering brigs AT and being instantly dispelled, is this a new change to skellies in AT?

Definitely not intended... Dispel should only work on specific mobs, I didn't want all mobs with dispel magic to dispel, it was supposed to be a special flag.

LL: Is it possible that Videl could get luck compensation?

If you enter a new area that you not been used recently, the NPCs could have a previously dormant dispel spell waiting to dispense justice on humanoid forms.

This is probably not intentional but death could still be just as swift.

It would be a large undertaking to remove dispel from them, we need a new dispel flag, too many NPCs have dispel to remove it all from them.

Luck isn't a problem.. I've doubled Videl's luck, so he got back what he lost.

A dispel flag will not help you as you still need to go into each NPC and set the flag.

There are 1176 NPC templates that have the dispel spell, either activated or as a potential spell.

This could take Moto quite a while to find and fix them all.

581 of the NPC templates actually have the dispel spell active, locked and loaded - and they are not afraid to use it.
The rest just have the potential to inflict catastrophic damage.

NPC dispel removed from all templates.

Moto will re-add it explicitly to any templates he actually want it on.
