So what arch skills can be learned?

Im clearly missing something here as seems AH can learn 2/4 skills and all the rest 2/3 (exept seyans)

Didnt know seyans can learn poison!
Still AT's get one less i think as AH gets concentration within arch

ah's and sorcs get concentrate upon arch, but I do not believe this is considered a arch skill...somone correct me if I am wrong.

Forgot Sorcs get it too but its still a skill even if its a passive one!

I was thinking of trying poison out on my seyan but I wasnt sure if Seyans can learn it and when tried to visit the lady who teachs you it, It didnt offer me a quest to get the skill.. dont know if this is a bug or if i was on the wrong NPC (the one infront main entrance of the temple). Athou i tried all NPSc who give new skills and no one even offered the uest to me!
