I have reduced the amount of spam that NPCs give, expecially with compulses in the pents.

There are dozens of places the text gets generated from but I have tried to reduce the amount that NPCs say against other NPCs and hence avoid alot of the spam that swamps you in the pents when you use Compulses or GCs.

If you notice something vital that has been turned off then let me know.
