Poison, the xp thief

So every time you do damage to a npc you get xp. You hit them with your sword and BAM xp. You blast them and BAM xp. You poison them and *Fizzle* no xp, why not?

You get exp if they die not not as they die.
I did change it some time ago so that you got exp when they died.

Not sure why it was coded that way other then it is done is a completely different place in the code and probably by a different person and is driven by time rather then the action or spell being cast.
